This program is not for you if:

→ Come to each session ready to learn & try new things
→ "Do the thing" in your neighborhood: take action, try different experiments, keep learning and showing up
→ Be present in the group chat to support your peers

→ Building relationships with neighbors
→ Planning and hosting events

🗓️ Upcoming Cohort Dates
NVP8 (the 8th Cohort of NVP):
Where: Online over Zoom and In-Person in Boulder, CO, USA
When: March 2027
Program Duration: 6 months consisting of 8 weekly sessions followed by 4 once-monthly sessions
City of Melville, Australia Cohort:
Where: In-person at the Melville Ecohub
Timing: September 15 - November 17, 2026 - with sessions held on Tuesday nights 6.30 - 8pm
Program Duration: 10 weeks
City of Canning, Australia Cohort:
Where: In-person in Canning
Timing: September 19 - November 21, 2026 - with sessions held on Saturday afternoons 2 - 3.30pm
Program Duration: 10 weeks
🤓 Weekly Sessions
Weekly 90-min Sessions: Learn proven neighborhood-building strategies, share progress, be held accountable to taking action, and get support from peers and mentors.
Sessions are held in-person or online depending on which cohort you're in.
Weekly session days + times are set based on the availability of the most applicants.
📱 Group Chat
We'll have a space to ask questions, get support from fellow neighborhood community builders, share wins, workshop challenges, and learn from other people actively building community where they live.
⏰ Time Commitment
We recommend a commitment of about 3-4 hours a week to participate in NVP sessions, spend time with neighbors, host events, etc.
